Legal guarantee of conformity:
The legal guarantee of conformity is based on Article L. 211-4 up to L. 211-14 of the French Consumer Code and on Article 1641 of the French Civil Code concerning defects found. The consumer benefits from a period of two years from delivery of the property to act. More informations HERE.
Any guarantee is excluded in case of misuse, negligence or lack of maintenance on the part of the Purchaser, in case of normal wear of the good or force majeure, as well as in case of fall or impact; in accordance with the safety requirements of personal protective equipment and in accordance with UE2016/425 reglement.
EQUESTRIAN HELMETS – SERVICE IN CASE OF FALL:
We are not allowed to repair a helmet. The text of the EN1384:2017 standard and the EU2016/425 regulation relating to individual protection measures say: “the helmet is designed to absorb part of the energy of the impact by partially destroying the shell or protective padding or both. As this damage may not be visible, any helmet that has been subjected to impact should be destroyed and replaced. This mention is in the user manuals of all riding helmets.
Considering this matter, we have set up a NACA club. In the event of a fall, you will benefit from the replacement of your helmet with an identical new one (one-tine replacement allowed) :
–During 6 months (from date of purchase) with a franchise of :

–During 1 year (from date of purchase) with a franchise of :

To benefit from it, you must:
1/ Send us by email to contact@nacahelmet.com the specific return form duly completed, to be downloaded HERE, the copy of the purchase invoice and the tracking number of the package sent back to the after-sales service.
2/ Return the damaged helmet to the following address with the printed return form:

EQUESTRIAN HELMETS – AFTER-SALES COSTS:
If you encounter a problem with your helmet, that it has not suffered a fall or impact and that the legal guarantee of conformity does not apply, here are the prices (shipping costs included) for all repairs (if those are applicable):
Change of S harness : 49 euros
Change of the buckle : 39 euros
Change of the EPS : 39 euros
Glow shell polishing : 49 euros (willnot remove deep scratches).
Processing time: around 2 weeks
