Our helmets are entirely made in our workshop in France.

This jet has been hand-made by Romain Meurice, a young and talented artist.

The shell is made with prepreg carbon fibers woven in a specific way combined with a nomex honeycomb structure. This is the ultra-rigid outershell combined with honeycomb fabric that will absorb the biggest part of the impact. The EPS volume has been reduced. The shape of the shell has been wind-tunnel tested for better air penetration.
The comfort comes from the reduced volume and from anecdotal weight of NACA® helmets. The inside of the helmet is made with parts of real leather.
UFO has been able to combine a neo-retro look and aerodynamic performance. The back of the helmet is partially flat to reduce turbulences. The front ventilation of the helmet is a NACA® air intake in order to have the best performance with the least possible resistance. (a principle used on today race cars again).
The NACA device diffuses the air through channels in the shell, which is expelled through three exfiltration grids at the back of the helmet.
Combining lightness, rigidity and safety with their honeycomb carbon structure, our helmets are customizable with a wide range of unique colors, logos and designs upon request!
